Click the Register at the top of the page, fill in the registration form with your personal details (full name, Malaysian phone number, email address, and password), then verify your account via the OTP code sent to your phone number. You will need to contact dewapoker's customer support team via 24/7 live chat and provide identity verification details including your full name, MyKad number, and date of birth. The update is typically completed within 1–2 business days after successful verification.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process that must be completed before you can make withdrawals from your dewapoker account. You will need to submit a clear photo or scan of your Malaysian MyKad along with a selfie of yourself holding it. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Once verified, your withdrawal limit will be automatically increased and transactions will be processed faster.

All of the above methods are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

The minimum deposit at dewapoker is RM30 only. There is no maximum limit for standard deposits, though some payment methods may have their own daily limits in accordance with your e-wallet provider's or bank's policy. Deposits are typically credited to your dewapoker account within 1–5 minutes of the transaction being confirmed.

Most deposits via e-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) and DuitNow are processed instantly or within 1–3 minutes. Deposits via FPX and online banking typically take 3–10 minutes depending on your bank's response time. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of payment (a screenshot of your transaction receipt) for an immediate review.

dewapoker does not charge any processing fees for deposits. The full amount you transfer will be credited to your gaming account. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own small transaction fees — this is beyond dewapoker's control. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider if you are unsure.
Withdrawals

Log in to your dewapoker account and navigate to the Wallet > Withdrawal, select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the RM amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm your request. Make sure the account holder name on your bank account matches the name registered with dewapoker. Withdrawals with mismatched names will be automatically rejected for security reasons.
