Dewapoker Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

01 Definitions & Interpretation

In these dewapoker Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings as stated:

• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account with dewapoker and has accepted these terms and conditions.

02 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use dewapoker's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your membership.
• Is registering as an individual on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Never previously had a dewapoker account that was closed or suspended due to a violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or prohibited persons list maintained by dewapoker.
• Not acting as an agent or proxy for any other individual in the use of this platform.

Dewapoker reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other official documents issued by Malaysian authorities. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration

Registering a dewapoker account is free and open to all eligible individuals. During registration, you are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Create a unique username and password. Your password must be at least eight characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you agree to dewapoker's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one dewapoker account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different details, is strictly prohibited. dewapoker employs IP tracking, device detection, and other methods to identify multiple account registration attempts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. dewapoker will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to safeguard your login details.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dewapoker are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are as follows:

All withdrawal requests are subject to a review and identity verification process. dewapoker reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding RM5,000 within a 24-hour period. Withdrawals may only be processed to the payment method or bank account registered under the same Member's name.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Dewapoker offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each Member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements are typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount, depending on the type of bonus received. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Dewapoker reserves the right to withdraw any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, abuse, or the use of multiple accounts.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Existing members are not eligible for this offer.
• Promotions have expiry dates. Any unused bonus remaining after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

Dewapoker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. However, any such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and are currently in the process of meeting wagering requirements.

06 Game Rules

Members are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results are final and may not be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred.

07 Member Responsibilities

As a dewapoker Member, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities for the duration of your membership:

• Ensure that all information provided to dewapoker is accurate, complete, and up to date. Members must update their account details whenever any changes occur.
• Do not share your account details, username, or password with any other individual.
• Not use the dewapoker platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering or financial fraud.
• Do not attempt to exploit any technical bugs in the system. If you discover a bug, you are required to report it to the dewapoker support team immediately.
• Respect other players in multiplayer games and refrain from using offensive, threatening, or inappropriate language on our communication platforms.
• Play within your financial means and do not borrow money to gamble.

08 Privacy Policy & Data Protection

09 Liability Limits

Dewapoker shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from or in connection with your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from betting and gaming activities on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond dewapoker's control.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any action or decision made by a Member based on information available on the dewapoker platform.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Dewapoker reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, manipulation, attempted money laundering, or any other financial criminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using a false identity.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Use of prohibited software or tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms & Conditions, dewapoker reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in that account. Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the dewapoker support team, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable conditions.

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Amendments & Governing Law

Continued use of the dewapoker platform following notice of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the dewapoker platform will first be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration or the relevant courts in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of this document without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
